Chanze Withdrawal

I requested a £150 cashout on a Tuesday lunchtime and saw it in my PayPal balance on Wednesday morning. My next Chanze withdrawal, to a Visa debit card, took closer to three days. Three things set the gap: your payment method, your verification status and the day you submit the request. Chanze has no instant payouts, so every cashout waits in a review queue first.

How to start a Chanze withdrawal

Log in, open the cashier and select the Withdraw tab. Enter an amount (the minimum is £10) and pick a method. Chanze pays out to the method you used to deposit, so a Visa debit deposit means a Visa debit withdrawal. After you submit, a confirmation email arrives within a couple of minutes and the cashier shows the request as Pending.

You will hit verification on your first cashout. Chanze asks for photo ID and proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months, before it releases your first withdrawal. Upload both before you request a payout and you skip a delay of one to two days.

Chanze withdrawal time

Chanze withdrawal time has two stages. In the first, Chanze's payments team reviews your request. Mine cleared in anywhere from 6 to 20 hours, and the site states a 24-hour maximum. In the second, the payment provider moves the money, which takes minutes on PayPal and up to three days on a bank transfer.

Weekends slow things down. I submitted a request at 9pm on a Friday, the review finished on Saturday afternoon, and my bank did not credit the transfer until Monday. Chanze lets you reverse a pending withdrawal and return the cash to your balance. Leave it alone. I reversed one request out of impatience and lost £80 of it on slots within the hour.

Withdrawal options at Chanze

Chanze pays out to Visa and Mastercard debit cards, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and bank transfer via Faster Payments. Since 2020 you cannot use credit cards for gambling in the UK, so none appear in the cashier. Pay by Phone works for deposits only, so you need a second method to cash out if you top up that way. PayPal gave me the best result, with £150 landing about 18 hours after I submitted it.

Chanze withdrawal times by payment method

These figures come from my own cashouts plus the cashier page. Times run from the moment Chanze approves the request, so add up to 24 hours for the review.

Payment method Withdrawal time Notes
PayPal Same day to 24 hours Fastest in my tests. £150 arrived 18 hours after I submitted it.
Skrill / Neteller Up to 24 hours Matches PayPal on speed. Your wallet may charge a fee to move funds on to your bank.
Visa / Mastercard debit 1 to 3 business days Money returns to the card you deposited with. Your card issuer sets the final timing.
Bank transfer (Faster Payments) 1 to 3 business days Chanze sends bank payments in one batch per business day, so a late request waits for the next batch.

Checking when Chanze has processed your withdrawal

Open the cashier and look at your withdrawal history. A request moves from Pending to Approved once Chanze has processed your withdrawal, and an email follows. Approved means the money has left Chanze. From there, PayPal, your bank or your card issuer controls the timing.

Add the 24-hour review to the method time and you have your answer on how long Chanze takes to withdraw: about one day by PayPal or Skrill, up to four by debit card or bank transfer. Live chat runs 24/7 and email support replies within a few hours, but neither speeds up the review queue. Both confirm your status and flag missing documents, which is worth two minutes if your request has sat Pending past 24 hours.
